Introduction
The Health and Safety at Work act 1974 and Management of Health and Safety at Work regulations 1992, place strict legal duty on employers to ensure that all company functions are organised, planned, monitored, managed, and supervised by competent persons in respect of Health and Safety.

Learning materials, course notes etc. will be supplied by R & R Safety Systems
Assessment and Certification
The course assessment consists of a 60 questions multiple choice examinations. To Pass, each candidate must achieve 60% of the possible marks.
Successful candidates will be awarded the Charted Institute of Environmental Health Supervising Safety Certificate
